Very Urgent Query - Section 9 - Earnings Points

Hi all,

I am very confused which section should I tick in Section 9 on Page 20 in new SET O Form ([u]http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... o04091.pdf[/u])

Here is my case:

Initial Entry Clearance Visa granted on [b]31 August 2007.[/b]
Switched & Extended under Tier 1 on [b]29 May 2009[/b]
Attending ILR Appointment on 06 August 2012.

A7 in Section 9 reads as ".....under rules in place before 6 April 2010".

So which section is applicable for me?
