No, but they will shine a very bright light on your application to make sure it's not a marriage of convenience.Samantha0216 wrote:Will the previous sponsoring be reason for my spouse visa to be denied?
Samantha Im in a similar situation... my first wife was granted a spouse visa, but our marriage broke up before she even came over so the visa was never used... I am now re-married and applying a visa for my 2nd wife, so hopefully there won't be an issueSamantha0216 wrote:My husband and I want to live in the UK together. The issue is that he has been married before. He has the correct paperwork to show that he has been divorced from his ex before we married. What we are worried about is that he will be sponsoring a second wife to enter the UK. His ex was from Pakistan, and I am from the USA. His ex obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain before their marriage dissolved. Will the previous sponsoring be reason for my spouse visa to be denied? My husband is a UK citizen.
