Tier 2(ICT) to Tier 2(General) After Extenstion

Hi,

i am working in UK with Tier 2(ICT) established staff and visa getting expired on Nov 2012 and current sponsor will extend my visa for 18 months .So here is my question.

1. Is it possible to switch from Tier 2(ICT) Established staff to Tier 2(General) after extending with current employer in the 18 month .
2. Do i required English fluency test(IELTES) to switch to Tier 2(General) ?

Your current sponsor will only assign a new CoS, you will have to apply for the extension of your leave yourself once the CoS has been assigned.

1 you will be able to switch from T2 ICT to T2G provided you change sponsors
2.you will have to score 10 points for English when you switch
