When she applied for her EEA 2 (residency) she was refused on the dependency evidence - she was just over 21 at this stage - even though she was living with us (Me and her Mother), and I was giving her money on a weekly basis which we proved.
We sucessfully appealed the decision , that was over 2 months ago ,We have e-mailed and wrote to them since but we never even had an acknowledgement
Where do we go from here as she needs to get her college placement sorted out and until she gets her residence status she can not do that .
Any advise would be helpful
