What time i lose my working rights?.

What time i lose my working rights?.

I am on PSW visa expiring Sep 2012 and want to apply Tier1 Entrepreneur visa in the beginning of Sep. I am working full time in a company and i know there is no working right available in this category. My question is that at what time company can terminate my job either when i give them acknowledgement from home office that they have received my visa application or when i give them Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa stamped on my passport.

If and when you Tier 1 (Ent) leave is approved is the moment when you have to begin to abide by the conditions of that leave.
