SET M dates for ILR

Good day Forum members:
Just a quick question about SET (M)
My partner got Spouse visa on 03-11-11 from back home
she entered Uk on 11-December 2012, I had my ILR on 6th June 12, she had FLR till 06-06-14.

When would she be able to apply for ILR
is it 03-11-14 two years from visa granted date ?
Or
11-12-2014 two years from when she entered UK.

Also once she is eligible on any dates, can she apply 28 days before the eligibility date ?

we are still in July 2012.

ANSWER to your question WHICH YOU WERE INTENDED TO ASK......

she has to be in UK for at least 2 years before she apply for ILR
