Switching from Tier 1 General to Dependant

Hi ALL,

My wife is in the UK under Tier 1 General which runs out in on 14th September. She doesnt qualify for an extension as her earnings dont give her enough points.

I have a Tier 1 general visa valid till 2014, so now we want to switch my Wife's visa from Tier 1 General to dependant of Tier 1 General.

Please advice if this is possible as i am struggling to find relevant information on UKBA's website :-(

Send her back to home country. Apply from there.
