T1dependants returning to UK with 23 days visa left - issue?

T1dependants returning to UK with 23 days visa left - issue?

Hello,

My 2 dependants (wife and child born in the UK) have Tier1 dependant visa valid till 1st Feb 2013

Both dependants needs to travel to India in Nov 2012 and will be returning to UK on 9th Jan 2013.

Would that be issue at the UK airport while returning as they only have 23 days left on their visa?

I (Tier1 main applicant) will be travelling with my dependants while returning to UK and I should have visa till Aug 2014.

Please Note - My current visa (Tier1 main applicant) is valid till 1 Feb 2013 and will be applying for extension in Aug 2012.

No issues as long as the visa is valid.
