Tier 1 Application form query

Hello,

Could someone please help me answering this question on Tier 1 main applicant form :

Section 1 A3 (Page 7) : Contact name in UK if different from that of applicant :-

I think this will be my name only but since my application is through an immigration representative, I am doubting if this is rather asking for their name.

That section is with regard to a third party payee. Your rep puts his or her details in Section 6 P

Thanks. My application fee is also paid by the rep (and they claim it from my company). Does that mean it will be their name? Any published guidelines by UKBA on this?

You have a dog and yet your are barking yourself! Given that you have a rep who will be completing and paying for your application, it seems remarkable that you are asking searching questions about how to complete the form. If you don't know, ask your rep; if your rep does not know, he is not competent.

I understand your feelings here but unfortunately, I don't have an option to chose my rep.
ok, so I do see in payment guidelines that the whole section A is to be with respect to 'representative or solicitor, if one of them are submitting the application'.
In my case, solicitor is the rep but 'submitting' is done by me at PEO appointment. So technically, I am 'submitting' but the solicitor represents me in all aspects (including payment). Whose detail should go here in such case?

I still don't understand. Your rep is filling out the application form for you or with you (otherwise he is not representing you) so why are you asking questions to anonymous third-parties on how to fill out the application form rather than him? You are obviously very confused about what a rep does.
