ILR for 210+ absence

Hi,

First of all thanks to people supporting immigration forum.

Need your valuable guidance on my case.

I have seen various topics for getting ILR over 90+ days absence. Need some one to look into my case and provide their valuable guidance.

I came to UK first time on Work permit June 2007 and stayed their till July 2008 (1+ yr) and then went back to my home country. I again cam back to UK in May 2009 (Tier 1) after spending 8+ months with the same employer (Home country).

After spending 5 months in UK without job went back to home country and came back UK after 4 months (this time with Job). And from then till today still in UK (2+ yrs)

As you can see I have already completed the 5 yr window ending May 2012, but have no clear guidance on my case, whether to go for ILR or not.

Could you please see the same and let me know,if anything can be done in my case to get ILR.
