Hi,

I'm appling for Tier 1 extension and I am working with same employer from years. But last year my employer rebranded the company name to different names and from that time I start receiving salary with different names. I also got letter from my employer about company rebrand. My question is that in application form, do I need to say one employer OR two employer in last 12 months.

Even of my P60 it says xx.xx amount from previous employer.

Even if P60 says two employer, its two employers.

Re branding is a process of creating a different legal entity hence its two employer.

I'm not sure whether my case is quite the same as yours, but the company I work for did rebrand a couple of years after I got my initial Tier 1 visa while working there. By the time I applied for my extension I only had to submit evidence with the new company name. So this was really a non-issue, I just included the new Company name. Btw, why is it that you are sending your P60? Do you intend to use that as one source of evidence for income instead of your payslips?

In my opinion I would just list one employer and submit a letter from your employer explaining when the company rebranded from xxxx to yyyy for the case worker to understand when he looks through your application and evidence.

Thanks very much for your reply. I'm also thinking to not send P60, I'll only go with pay slips and a letter from employer for verification of employment with all details regarding company group rebranding and Earning letter with net and gross salary details for all 12 months.
