My renewal is due please help !

My visa runs out in next 3weeks please I need urgent advise on below
Payslip from my current employer in UK is printed in colour on with company logo on each page and HR stamp on each of them but no signature. Please advise if this is fine
For my second job: I worked online for an overseas company between 1st of Dec 2011 – 30th of July 2012 . At the start of this work I travelled to the company in Ghana initially as part of the work requirement and I spent 3weeks before coming back to UK to complete the remaining work as an offshore staff. I want to find out if this is ok as well as per UKBA guidance and previous experience? (I don’t intend to apply uplift)
Net Payment was made in 2 installmental basis into my account in Ghana as agreed with the employer- the first payment on the 5th of April 2012 and the second payment just yesterday as per final day of the contract. Am I ok to claim salaried employee under this category ?
Lastly for my overseas earning period am claiming the last day ( for my OANDA rate) of my earning overseas i.e 30th of July
Or do I Have to claim (1) Equiv of UK earning conversion on the first payment date + Equiv of UK earning conversion on the second payment date
Do I also need to provide CW/UKBA with my contract letter for overseas earning?
I need advise on the above and if anyone has a format of employer letter for overseas please kindly assist as my overseas employer does not know what format to use
Thank you so much in advance
