hi all,

I need to confirm...

I got hsmp for 2 years from Sep 2007 - to 2009 and then converted to Tier1 (General) 2009 to 2012. I have already proven my english requirement when I applied initially for HSMP. My wife is under Tier 1 dependant.

We both have passed life in uk test for settlement application now.
For ILR,
1. Do i need to pass english test again
2. Do my wife need to pass English test separately along with LIUK or just liuk?

Please if anyone can reply
