I applied FLR(M) 26 april 2012 and two weeks they send me a letter regarding Biometric. After i made that no more further communication till now. it's been 3 months and 5 days still no news from homeoffice. And if i called they say they can't help till no 6 months old:( Why is that?

Because the UKBA have a set time for responding to queries on the progress of an application and that's 6 months.
