Tier1 General Dependants extension

Hi Friends,

I have just applied for my Tier1 General visa extension and my current visa is going to expiry on August 10th 2012. Am I and my family eligible for free treatment at NHS if the decision is not made by UKBA until after the end of my tier1 general visa

Yes, everything remains the same until you get the decision. During application processing you are considered to have the same rights/restrictions as per your previous grant of leave.

Yes.. All situations and conditions remains the same .. but just wondering does NHS are asking for visa and passport copies ?? I guess they must have asked initially while registering and do they keep asking after that as well as i have not come across any case like this?
