Tier 1 -My Dependent bio metrics letter not received

Please help me to sort out my issue
I applied for tier 1 PSW with my wife (she is dependent)
Now i got bio metrics but home office did not sent my dependent (wife) biometrics letter.Anyway I done my biometrics,but really worries why my dependent biometrics not recieved.
Is it any kind of mistake,delay or whatever
