Post by race91 » Thu Aug 02, 2012 5:51 pm

hi all,
i am currently under tier 1 post study and will be soon switching to tier 2 general after my employer issues me with cos

i have had a look at the tier2-suidence policy and remember when i last checked it as long as i was switching from post study i didn't need to have £800 in my account for 3 month but can not find this now, has it changed or am i simply missing it and it is somewhere

i have been with my current employeer for around 11 month ,

if my employeer agrees to certify that they accept to accommodate me to minimum of £900 as stated below for the first month of my employment despite the fact that i have been there for 11 month, would that be acceptable

in another word, is the condition below only for people who have not started to work for a company yet?
