Applying for ILR this month based on HSMP and Tier I ( 2+3) years.

I am salaried person for all years . Just wondering that my employer for first 16 weeks did not deduct NI

will that be a problem

CW look for it specifically on P60 ?

Any idea

Seniors please help

Hi

It shouldn't be a problem that's not your responsibility that's down to your employer if your employer hasn't paid your 16 weeks of NI and the CW are not trained to study the P60's in depth to calculate that you were short of your 16 weeks NI in your total NI come on mate. The CW just consider P60's as standard piece of evidence of your economic activity for the last 5 years of your stay that's all about it.

Think about it the CW are normal people like you and me and they haven't got any Crystal Ball to see what have you or your employer has done in the Past. Just stay confident and that's all.

HARIBOL, are you a Director of your employer? If the answer to that is "yes", you have an Annual Pay Period, and a few weeks/month without paying NI is normal.
