Hi,

I am applying for an extension of my Tier1 application along with my dependent.

I have few queries in form what needs to fill.

Tier1 General Application:
Page 11 - B11 and B12
B11. Home Office reference number(s) (if known):

Query: What needs to fill for the B11 and where can i find the reference numbers ?

Tier1 PBS Dependent Application form:

Page29 - L3 and L4 (Main Applicant Reference )

L3. Reference number of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:

L4. Date of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:

Query: What needs to fill for the L3 and L4 and where can i find the reference numbers and date ?


Page32 - Maintenance certified by the sponsor N4

Maintenance certified by the sponsor

N4. Tick to confirm that:

• A. The A-rated sponsor has confirmed on the certificate of sponsorship that where necessary they will maintain and accommodate the family member for a month.
  B. I have provided a written undertaking from the main applicant’s A-rated sponsor that where necessary they will maintain and accommodate the family member for a month.

Query: Which one to select from A and B ? Who is A rated sponser?

Can any one please let me me know what needs to fill for the above fields in the respective application

Hi,

Good morning to all of you.
I am applying to TIER-1 extension this September. I am out of sync of the UKBA rules after my first application since 2 years back.
I know most of my question may be very obvious for most of you but still if you can help me to guide me then I will be very thankful.

1. Yesterday miracle happened in full moon (12 AM); yes I got same day service appointment. Can you please confirm if this is correct

a) I choose TIER-1 (General) option for extension in my appointment category instead of FLR. Is it correct?
b) There is something Case ID. I got only ref number but no case ID. Is it correct that Case ID generate for those who choose ‘NO’ same day service?
c) Any idea about Liverpool PEO. I heard odd stories about Croydon? Can anyone shed light on that?

2. For application form
Should I need to fill Tier-1 General form (version 04/12)? I confuse as one of my friend said FLR-O/M kind of form he filled for his extension.
