ILR at Sheffield PEO, SET(O), Director, selfemployed, LTD C

Guys,

I had my appointment at Sheffield PEO on 1st August and I am delighted to say that my application is approved.

I am a self employed (acc to UKBA) and having my own limited company.

Doc's submitted are:

12 Months Payslips
12 Months Bank Statements
P60's
Letter from Accountant
Dividend Vouchers
Business Bank Statements
Statement of earnings from HMRC
Cohabitation documents (very limited though)

Hi Anil,

Congrats for your ILR.

Can we claim Gross Dividend Income OR Net Dividend Income ?

For Example :

(1) (2)
Dividend Taken Tax Credit Gross Dividend
£ 1,980 220 2,200

For earning calculation can we calculate (1) OR (2) above ?.
