ILR PEO Croydon Success

I'm not very active in this forum , But I must say that this forum has been very helpful on queries related UKBA, Much appreciated .

I had a PEO appointment on 30th Jul at Croydon, All the processes went smooth as I was expecting , I'm fortunate enough not have any IT related issues reported on that day and BRP's arrived 2 days after.

40 days gap between EC and UK arrival has been accepted without any issues, Overall I'm happy with the service they offered to me.

Here is the list of docs I've submitted

Bank statements and Payslips for 12 months.
P60 for 5years - Asked to submit for 5years by CW.
Employer letter confirming salary.
Council tax and utility bill for cohabitation.
LIUK letter.
Birth certificate for my son born in UK.

Hi Raj,

Congratulation for your success in ILR. I've a quick question, you mentioned that CW asked for 5 years P60. As far as I heard, we need to submit P60 or other documents for only lasr 12 months. Is it important to have 05 years P60. and also if my income level fluctuated over these 05 years, would this affect my ILR?

Hi Jeno

Salary fluctuations won't affect your approval as long as you earned enough to secure sufficient points, It's not mandatory to have P60 for all 5years, But It makes CW job easier if you have those, In my case CW had a look at my doc list and asked to forward all.
