ALVI JUGEMENT

Based upon the recent HOuse of Lords Judgement in Alvi case what redress do people who applied and were refused under HSMP have. For instance I was refused for not producing a letter from my school sttaing my course was taught in English. I am from a English speaking country and I studied at University of London where all courses are taught in English
