Tier 1 Extension (PEO) Final Check list

Hi All,

I have an appointment next Tuesday Morning. Got everything ready. Just have a look if I am missing anything. Your time is much appreciated.

Final Checklist:

Passport

2 x photos (35x45mm)

Tier 1 Application Form

12 Month Payslips + Photocopies

12 Month Bank Statement + Photocopies

Employer Letter + Photocopy

Thats it. The list feel a bit small isn't it. Don't know, have a feeling something is missing. But can't think of anything. Guys/gals let me know if you think something needs to be included.

Taking the following docs togather as well, just in case, case worker asks for it.

P60 for last 5 years

Employment Contract

Degree Certificate
