ILR - clarification on accommodation / no of bedrooms

Hello,

Can someone help me with my query below please? I have an appointment with PEO by end of this month.

Is there any possibility for case worker to reject ILR application if there is any deviation to the local council rules on accommodation (ie., no of family members vs number of bedrooms)?
