Re-entering the UK

Post by cooltoy » Sat Aug 04, 2012 1:54 am

My Tier 1 visa expires in November this year but I need to go out of the country later this month to return sometime in September. This leaves me less than 2months before my tier 1 general visa expires. my question is- has anyone out there had any problems reentering the uk with a tier 1 expiring with lest than 2-3months? If so, do i need to get a to whom it may concern letter from work? thank you

There is nothing in what you have said that will prevent you from re-entering the UK. You don't need to be employed so you don't need a letter from your employer.
