10 Year Spouse Visa Document Help Please - Urgent

i will apply 10 year ilr and my wife need to apply FLR(M) with me. she is on tier 1 dependent visa for three years already.
could you please provide the document list for the spouse visa under the rule BEFORE 9th July 2012 or any link will be great? especially the old financial requirement. i tried to find from the UKBA website, but cant find the old guideline.

or there will be no financial requirement, but i need to provide three month payslip and mortgage certificate? suggestions are really appreciated!!
