Funds in Third Party Account

Hi Experts,

I have found very useful information on this site. However it seems that this particular point hasn't been picked up by anyone so far.

I would like to apply using third party funding in UK. As its not mentioned anywhere that the funds should have been transferred into your account already, so i would prefer using bank statement on third party's name (Being in UK)
But in policy guidance it says, third party accounts will not be accepted as given below.

100. For money held in the UK only

"The account must be in your own name only (or both names for an entrepreneurial team) only. Accounts in the name of a business or third party will not be accepted"

Is third party funding allowed for a team For the funds in uk I just went through policy guidance point 100 plz do clarify my dought

Not for the money which is held in UK by third party according to the guidlines 100.

My question that i have 40k in my account can my uncle show remaining 10k in his account if all the documents and affidavits are provided through the solicitor. i know few people who have shown third party funds by their friends who are also in uk and had also provided affidavits through solicitor ..
