Out of Country Tier 1(General) Dependant visa

Hi

I am currently on tier 1 (general) visa & my wife will be applying for a dependant visa from the native country
I have couple of queries regarding the same.

1. Do i need to submit notarised / attested copies of my passport & visa pages. From where can i get it attested ?

2. Wife's Photographs submitted along with the application does it need to have full name written at the back of it ? How many photographs are required ?

Dont need it to be notarised. Just self attested passport copy is fine. Means, just copy every page of passport and sign each one of them. Signature should match the one on the passport.

2. Wife's Photographs submitted along with the application does it need to have full name written at the back of it ? How many photographs are required ?

2 photos with full name and date of birth written on the back.
