Maintenance New born baby - Tier 2 dependant

Good afternoon,

I'm currently on Tier 2 General visa and now preparing a Tier 2 - Change of Employment with new sponsor - application to the UKBA.

1)- My baby was born after securing a Tier 2 General visa. Now I want to get a dependant visa for her for the first time. I want to get an advice on maintenance fund. Since the dependant applications are being submitted at the same time as of the main applicant, the guidance says that I do not need to show evidence for maintenance fund for my dependants as I'm an existing Tier 2 migrant. Does this mean I do not need to show evidence of maintenance fund for my new born baby?

2)- I understand from the guidance (for Change of Employment with new sponsor) that I do not need to provide evidence related to payslips, bank statements and English requirements? Could you please confirm this?

In addition, any tip related to Tier 2 Change of Employemet with new sponsor would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

You will score the required 10 points for maintenance if you currently have T2 leave, see paragraph 145 of the T2 Policy Guidance:

tick the appropriate box at O1 on the application form:

As far as English is concerned you must score 10 points. How you can do this is described in paragraph 118 of the T2 Policy Guidance
