Hi There,
I am applying for ILR in Sept 2012, under SET(O) category (Tier 1 General), and I am in the process of collecting all the documents to serve as Cohabitation Proof.
My wife joined me in the UK at the beginning of October 2010.
My queries are on the documentation evidence that needed to provided as cohabitation proof esp. for those documents addressed jointly to us.
So far, I have only 3 council tax bills sent jointly to us covering for the period of 2010 (dated November), 2011 and 2012.
I also have Annual Voter Registration form (which mentions our names together) for 2011 and 2012 only.
All other documents I have, are addressed individually however sent to the same address where we live such as, Medical cards, my wife bank statements, NI letters, Home office letters, NHS Letters, P60s, etc.
My question is how many documents have to be addressed "jointly", or can we submit letters addressed to individuals but sent to the same address?
Second question is that I do not have documents covering for the entire 2 years. I can only provide documents that covers approx. about 22 months. Will this be a problem?
I will be grateful if anyone could please share your experience and knowledge with regards to the Cohabitation documents. I have gone through the SET(M) requirements. However, its not really clear whether those rules apply for SET(O).
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
