I have read the guide but there are still few things confused me,
i would be very appreciate is anyone could give me suggestions
and i mush sharing my experiences if i went through the process successfully!
My situation
I hold PSW visa and it will be expired in the end of February 2013
I have working in company A for 6 months,
my salary is 24000pa, my job title is marketing executive
company A doesnt have sponsor license yet (but i skip this part now, as i would like to clarify my attributes before ask them to get sponsor license)
My questions
1.Does my job title and salary need to match Occupation codes of practice NQF6 if i still work in company A?
(Applicants who are currently working in the UK (either for you or for a
different employer) under Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) or
a work permit must have an offer of a job at or above NQF level 3 if their
original grant of leave was made before 6 April 2011 or NQF level 4 or
above where their original grant of leave was made on or after 6 April 2011.
im not sure is PSW also work permit ? if so, i only need to reach NQF level 3?)
2.If so, i must be a marketing or adversing manager (according to

however, the salary requirement is quite high, which is 15.81x40(hours)x52 weeks = 32884
can the company change the working hours to minimum 30 hours a week? (if so the salary will be 24668,)
how home office review/exam my [real working hours] ?
3.As i hold PSW and work for same company, i dont need to have labour market test, is that right?
4.If i find another job and work in company B, do i need to have labour market test?
