Tier 2 Dependant Application - Same time as main application

Hi guys,

I will be applying for Tier 2 soon (in next 2 months). My wife is in Pakistan so is it possible for me to apply here in UK and my wife applies in Pakistan same time ?

OR I will have to wait until I get my work permit then she can apply ?

You will need to wait until you get your Tier 2 Leave to Remain, As a copy of your current Leave to Remain will needs to be provided by your spouse's application.
