Can i get my passport back from UKBA

I am an overstayer in uk and 3 years ago got married and registered our ceremony, when i applied for COA to get married home office retained my Pakistani passport issued me with COA, following year I aplied for FLR(M) on Human right basis but refused then. Now I want to get my passport back so that We move on and leave UK. Any piece of advice will be higly appreciated.

If you are intent on leaving the country phone the local enforcement office where your passport is likely being held and tell them you are leaving the country.They will then arrange to meet you at the airport and hand you your documents.
