Urgent......Tier 2 Sponsor Application Supporting Documents

Hi,

my company has applied for Tier 2 General license and they have to send some documents to UK Border Agency, we are confused about 1 mentioned documents as to what we can send. it says: Proof of Business Premises / Fixed Assets or Lease of Business Premises. My Boss does not want to send Lease agreement as its a very big document. what else can we send as proof of business premises?

Please Help!.
