help with retention of rights

my decree absolute just came through now and i am confused and dont know what to do.I was married for 3 years and 5 months and my ex got pregnant for another man even though we had a child together.we both agreed to go different ways, she is self employed and i am working,what do i do now that i have the decree absolute and i am a bit confused now cos whenever i travel i am always asked about her whereabout, what should my response be now and how can i get HO to change my file as retained right

You will need to make a new application using form EEA 2, and would need to demonstrate that she was a qualified person, until the Decree absolute was granted.
