EEA2 - change of address

Post by veryclear » Mon Aug 06, 2012 1:47 pm

Hello,

I am an EEA National and my husband had applied for the 5 years visa in June 2012. His 6 month visa will expire in September 2012. The problem at the moment is we are waiting and we did not contact the UKBA yet. And we did not received anything. No letter no confirmation nothing It now exact two month since we applied.
The next problem is we have to move.

I don’t have any ref or case number to write to them that the applicants address has changed. What should we do? Should we just ring them up and tell them our situation and that we cannot receive the passports from the old address. Because I will not have any access to it anymore.

I know it’s not good to move but my landlord is selling his house we will have to move.

Please let me know if you know what we should do.

Thank you very much. Really appreciating anything you have to say.
