Residence card

HI:
I posted few days ago asking any body for help,if they had similar situation to mine,i Applayed for residence card.in Janary 2012 and i recived a confirmatoin letter for my application,and after 6 month the UKBA answere me back saying I`am not elligable for residence card,just to let you know I`am maried to a lithuanian An EEU national,and that time she was job seeker,and the UKBA told me I need to leave the UK .
I submitted a new application on the juin 2012 and that time my wife started working full time and the application for Residence card was submitted as my wife working,and i was working us well ,but now after 3 month there is no Answer from the UKBA ,even they did not send for me any acknowlegment letter or any things,i called them and they said you need to wait for there answer.I`m wondering how is my situation,I`m I legal to work,and why i still have no answer from them,or what should I do.
Please any body have any answer ,or help to me will be much appreciat

UKBA work at their own pace albeit very slowly.Try and contact your mp if they can assist.
