Spain schengen visa - appts not available

Hi Guys

I have vacation booked for Spain from 25 Aug for a week this month end. I was planning to apply for schengen tourist visa this week, but to my extreme surprise, there are no appointments available till month end. I am an Indian national living and working in London.
The only option I can see now is to go through some visa agent who can get some appointment date in Spanish embassy or VFS office who looks after the Schengen visa for them.
I must have to take Schengen visa from Spanish embassy as this will be my first port of entry in Schengen area.

Any suggestions? Feel so helpless

Have another look right no, jst booked an appt for the 14th, there were others left too - they seem to have just come online today, as i checked and saw the same as you.

we are flying (hopefully) on the 21st so hope there will be enough time to get it done
