if i cant pay the corp tax on time, does it affect my tier1 gen visa extension??

visa extension is due next month and i cant pay the corp tax until end of November, i filed everything.

Is that ok if i can go ahed and apply for tier1 extension

What do you mean? Your company cannot afford to pay its Corporation Tax liability before November? Or it can afford, but the due date is not until November?

Due date was in June and i am apply for visa extn next month.

i dont have a contract now so no money in business acc at all to pay the taxes, i used everything.

But for the last 5 months i took salary as £4000 each month so i got £20000 as salary. i paid PAYE and NI for that and it is upto date.

Can i go for the extension without paying Corp Tax??
