Hi All,

Please share the templates for Dividend vouchers , Accountant letter,Out of UK and any other documents.Would be great if we can get this from people who have been successful in ILR applying as Director of Limited company.

Download this and use.... Fill only BLUE text in the 'Calculations' sheet.
Use one file for each dividend declared. Number them properly.

This is only for Dividends. You need to print the sheets Minutes and Certificate1 (and Certificate2, if two directors).

For one director, put 100 in %Shares for Director1 and 0 for Director2.

I am not sure what is wrong, but i am able to view the file(even after logging out of google).... and I can view some other people viewing this file. ... so I am sure its working, but for you.
