Graduate Level Occupation List and Company Registration

I was reading the application form and from there trying to open the link for graduate occupation (G21, Page 34), but it alwasy come up page not found.

Can someone please give some alternate link or upload that list here.

Secondly, I am going to register company today for our entreprenuer team. Wanted to make clear, do we both of us members need to be declared directors on that?

I am setting up some network solutions and securities company. Thinking myself making as IT manager/director and the other person as marketing/purchasing manager/director if it fulfil the requirement of Level 4.

Last important question, I have been told that from the day we register the company, we need to wait 3 months, and then we can be eligible to apply. But contrary to this, some people saying that we have to apply WITHIN 3 months from registration date. Kindly comment on this as well.

In short:

1) What can be the proposed designation of both members in this scenario, either director or managers? fulfilling the requirement on graduate level 4 list titles. I would like if someone please upload the list.

2) Eligibility for application, is it WITHIN 3 months or AFTER 3 months from the date of registration of the company.

i am trying to find list, i had it in my laptop

1. Registered your company , both of u should be director 50- 50 shares

2. Given job titles are fine

3A. you do,nt need to wait for 3 months after registering your company. u can apply as soon as you receive confirmation of company from company house

3B. yes for legal purpose you should apply within three months of registration of company. unless u are investing in already established business

I have noticed not many replies or active participation from members, although I know this forum is always helpful for all kind of immigration matters. I have been using this from couple of years, was not very active participant from couple of months though.

I am wondering where are the experts or even newbees to comment on the questions I raised, especially the issue to apply WITHIN or AFTER 3 months from the date of registration of the company.

Might be everyone busy during week, expecting plenty comments about your personal experieces on weekends.....
