Filling MN1

Post by a2zwd » Tue Aug 07, 2012 6:14 pm

Hi friends,

We(me, wife and daughter) got ILR granted beginning of this month.
We were blessed with a baby boy 3 months ago. During that time we are not granted ILR.

One of my friend said that we can apply for British citizenship for my new born baby. Is it correct?

I have seen the application form. But, I have doubts in some sections like very first section, first point.

What is referee? Who can be a ref? How long it will take to complete? What are all the documents need to submit?
What is the exact procedure?

Please reply.

thanks

Both links explain the basic information about the MN1 application process.

The MN1 Guide explains the process quite well. I would suggest you go through the guide first. Also there are already hundreds of useful posts in the British Citizenship section of this forum which you can also benefit from.
