Hello
My leave to remain for an Tier 2 general (Work permit) has been rejected on salary grounds previously. I went for an appeal and my appeal has been allowed to a limited extent.
Can anyone suggest what will happen next or what I need to do as my appeal is allowed to a limited Extent as the HO decision is unlawful and the Judge left the case outstanding with HO to take an lawful decision. Also the judge had directed the Home office to leave 60 days to not to take any decision meanwhile I can submit any further evidence.
Please can anyone suggest if the HO will contact me asking for further evidence or I will need to send the evidence by referring Judge's determination. Also I need to know whether I can make a fresh application inside UK in this period.
It would be of great help if anyone can suggest me in this.
Thank you
