Hi i have received a reply from north west customer services regarding my ILR (10 years long residence) they reply me
"I can confirm that your application is with the correct casework work time at this time'
thats what they told me. my application is more than 5 months old.
gurus please advice me.

From your post what I gather is that you have received a response from the UKBA (north west customer services) to an equiry you made (though you have not stated what your enquiry was about). Now, what is it that you want advice on?
