You should be patient because I think according to the law it can take up to 6 months. If you want to check your application's status, give them a ring.Coffee10 wrote:Anyone currently waiting for eea3?.i sent my app.6 weeks ago and to be honest i thought this will be sorted by now.any contact with ukba will change anything?im not very patience i quess.any opinions?thx

Well as soon as possible doesnt mean anything and its not defenitive therefore ukba use it according to their interpretation: i.e 6 months!EUsmileWEallsmile wrote:EEA3 are as soon as possible.Jersey wrote:You should be patient because I think according to the law it can take up to 6 months. As soon as possible means exactly what it implies.varna1983 wrote: Well as soon as possible doesnt mean anything and its not defenitive therefore ukba use it according to their interpretation: i.e 6 months!
My eea 3 took exactly 6 months to get unlawful refusal at the end!:(
I am applying on d basis of excercising treaty rights as a student. They have refused my application with right of appeal on the grounds that i didnt have sufficient funds in my account ( my current account has been withdrawn for 3 months on agreed overdraft ) however i have saving account with more than 30000£ credit for the entire period of 5 years which they never checked! Second reason is that the comprehensive insurance i have provided has not been paid out of my account since 2010 and they assumed i did not have it anymore without even checking with the insurer if it is valid! Nevertheless the law says that i dont even need to provide them with insurance as i have been issued residence certificate in 2007!Coffee10 wrote:Varna1983 what was the reason of refusal? could you please write why they refused your eea3.thank you
