95 days out of country

Hi,
I have an appointment for SET(O) - ILR on Sept 19,2012. I was on WP between Sept 2,2007 and July 11,2008, on which date I converted my visa to TIER(1)-Gen. I went to India on holiday on Aug 11,2008 and my family returned to UK on Sept 1,2008. I was on paid annual holiday in India until August 31,2008. I stayed back to resign from my job and to wait for the CRB checks etc and formal appointment letter from my new employers in the UK (A Large bank). I received my appointment letter on Set 14,2008 (after CRB) and returned to UK on Nov 15,2012 and joined my job on Nov 17,2008.

Throughout the period of Sept 1 and Nov 15,2008, my family was in the UK.

My query is as follows:

I was out of the country between Aug 11 and Nov 15 (Both days inclusive) - a total of 3 months and 4 days (95 days). Out of this period, I was on paid annual holiday IN INDIA for 19 days (Aug 12 to 31). I have recently obtained the leave record on email from my previous company in India which confirms that I was on paid annual leave until Aug 31,2008.

I request the senior members and experts to advice if I am likely to rejected for ILR.
