10 Years Legal Stay in UK: Applying for ILR

Good Morning All,

I will be Finishing my 10 years lawfull stay (5.5 years On student + 1 year PSW + 2 years Tier2 + 1.3 Year on TIER 1) in UK in 2months time. Can anybody hep me with below please:-

1. Is same day or premium service is available for 10 year lawful stay applicants who are applying for ILR

2. I got married 3 years ago and my wife is with me since 3 years in UK. My Baby born here in UK one and half year ago. Can they apply with me at same time as me and do they get ILR?


3.What are the documents that I need to submitt for this Application

4. AVG time scale for postal applications please.

Can anyone help me with above please.

1. No. Long residence applications can only be made by post.

2. No, not under the long residence route. They will need to apply later once you are granted ILR.
3. Please take a look at the UKBA website for information. The form and guidance applicable for long residence applicants will be, SET(O). http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... ettlement/
