CHANGING JOB WHILE SPOUSE VISA is UNDER PROCESS

Hi All,

I filed a spouse visa for my wife in Pakistan on 12th July 2012. I am currently working for a bank in UK and I added all my tax documents, salary slips and a reference letter from the bank in that application. Now I have received an offer from another bank with a better pay and benefits.

Please advise following:
If I change my job how would I notify the visa application team about my new job and what documents needs to be added.
Will it effect my wife application ?
Is there any process you need to follow in such situation where sponsor is changing job during the processing of application.

Appreciate your help in this regard.
