Tier 1 Extension Help, Please

Hi All,

I would like to apply for my Tier 1 General Extension, based on the forum threads i have created a check list could someone please do a quick check that would be helpfull.

Also couple of questions..

1) I am applying Tier 1 Extension for my wife and Kid so should i submit 3 applicaitons altogether? Are these forms correct ?

- 1 ) APPLICATION FOR AN INITIAL GRANT OF LEAVE (SWITCHING) OR AN EXTENSION OF LEAVE AND BIOMETRIC RESIDENCE
PERMIT UNDER TIER 1 (GENERAL) MAIN APPLICANT

- 2) APPLICATION FOR A GRANT OF LEAVE AND BIOMETRIC RESIDENCE PERMIT UNDER PBS DEPENDANT

2) I am doing sameday service so should i take bank draft or can i use my credit card for it would this be chargeble?

This is the check list can some one say an OK to me....that will be a great releaf............

Main Applicant

1. Cover Letter + Self assessment summary from points based calculator
2. Salary Slips for past 12 months (includes 90 day fund maintenance)
3. Employer letter confirming my employment and gross & net salary paid every month for the claiming period.
4. Passport
5. University Degree + Academic Transcript
6. 2 passport size photograph's for yourself & dependants.
7. 2 address proof /utility bill


Dependent
+++++++++++++

1. Marriage certificate
2. Birth certificate
3. 2 passport size photograph's for wife & kid.
4. Bank Statement / utility bill for address proof

Forms are Ok and you can use your credit card(as long it is not blocked in an anti-fraud check) No additional charges for using credit card

Main applicant - What about 12 month bank statements? degree/transcript and address proof is not required
Dependants - Only photos are reqd if maintenance is covered by your bank statements.

Thanks for that, it was in my mind but missed it, anything else ?

Have another query, i am planning to pay on my debit card on the same day, but slightly worried if that will reduce my maintanence fund....
Will that be a problem??
