Urgent --In UK can we show the 200k money in other's uk

bank account other than tier 1 entrepreneur applicant's bank account in UK.

If it is , then please let me who are eligible to show the funds amount in their UK bank accounts..

Could you please provide the proof of UK BA link.

According to point "100" in ukba tier 1 guidance applicants in uk must have the funds available in their account on their own name otherwise no point will be awarded . but i know couple of people who shown the funds in somebody else account '200k' and the were awarded points for investment funds and got visa . i have also confirmed this from my solicitor and he also says you can be sponsored by anybody in uk.

ukba guidance also says " third party funds can be anywhere in the world'

so , i guess uk is in the world..

but i am also confused regarding point 100 of guidance ..
